Return & Refund Policy

At Astoria Lifestyle, your satisfaction is important to us. As all orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier, Tradelle, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining quality control.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

⚠️ Please note:
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or preference selection, as products are fulfilled directly by our supplier.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@astorialifestyle.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Address:

Once your return request is approved, we (Astoria Lifestyle) will provide you with the correct return address for your item’s designated Tradelle warehouse. This may be located in the USA, UK, or Germany, depending on the product. Please send returns only to the address we provide. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, unless damaged or defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened consumables

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is:

  • Request a return (if eligible)
  • Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right applies in addition to our standard return policy.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
