When you place an order, it's automatically processed through our supplier, Tradelle. They handle the sourcing and direct shipping to you.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

🔄 Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@astorialifestyle.com with your order number and photos and videos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, defective, or incorrect, in their original packaging.
- Opened consumables and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Shipping:
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Replacement Process:
- If the item is approved for replacement, we submit the request to Tradelle, who will handle the shipment of a replacement item directly to you.
- Approval is based on the documentation provided (photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- Once approved, the replacement is shipped, and tracking information will be provided.
Refund Process:
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us immediately at hello@astorialifestyle.com with your order number, video, and photos. We will guide you through the return and replacement process.
